The Process:
Step 1: Submit an inquiry with us, submit event specifics and preferences. We will then contact you via your choice of text, call or email to discuss details and expectations.
Step 2: Seal the deal by selecting your desired package, reviewing and signing the contract, and making a deposit. Relax as your date and mobile bar are secured.
Step 3: Stay connected! A team member will touch base weeks prior to your event, confirming details like guest count, venue, and timing.
Step 4: Let the good times roll! On your big day, we'll arrive approximately 2 hours early to set up, stock the bar, and ensure everything is pour-perfect.
Step 5: From inquiry to celebration, we've got your back every step of the way. Get ready for unforgettable drinks and vibes!
Since we are a dry bar for hire, state laws prevent us from selling alcohol, but we are insured to serve it! For that reason, the host is responsible for providing all alcohol and we are responsible for providing all the fun!
Being insured to sell alcohol is crucial to the bar business. In the case of someone being over served, it takes the liability off the host and venue. We carry Florida Liquor Liabilty, ServSafe, and Florida Limited Liabilty. We will be more than happy to provide proof as needed.
We can serve you almost anything you want! We offer a wide range of packages from casual drinks, to mocktails, all the way up to premium craft cocktails. If a specialty cocktail is something you wish to add to your menu, we can create customized drinks for a personal touch at your event. We specialize in craft cocktails, so that means cocktails like a Smoked Old Fashioned, Manhattans, Margaritas, Martinis, and so much more!
No need to guess. During our consultation we will give you recommendations and a shopping list of what to purchase. If you prefer, we can even do the shopping for you!
The limit does not exist- we can do any event with thirsty guests! Such as weddings, corporate events, graduation parties, engagement parties, pop-ups, bachelor/bachelorette, birthday parties, house parties, after parties and lots more.
Florida rain in the summer is common, but luckily, it usually doesn't last too long. In the unfortunate event of bad weather we can reschedule for a future date, pending availability. Emergency cancellations before 48 hours of event may receive a 50% refund, however anything within 48 hours is non-refundable.
Yes, a mandatory 30% non-refundable deposit fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date. This will be used for necessary supplies including cups, straws, fruit and other supplies needed for a successful event day. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to event. This is when we will begin to get last minute supplies and start prepping. This also allows you to let us know if any changes in guests count, theme or allergies arise before mixing up your personalized menu.
Bartenders mainly rely on tips. It is very common and acceptable in the industry for bartenders to have a tip jar out on the bar. If you feel this is inappropriate for your event, please let us know when booking your event. We will gladly not ask your guests; alternatively, the host will be charged a 25% gratuity fee that will be included in your final invoice. However, if you feel it is appropriate, we will include a standard 10% gratuity fee and have tip options for guests.
Aside from gratuity, Florida's standard 7% tax charge will be built in to every invoice. Depending on selections, we may have different fees for additional services, such as shopping or extra distance. We will always be transparent with you about any fees included. If you choose to have us do the shopping, there will be a standard shopping fee included.
We're willing to travel anywhere within reason. Travel within 40 miles of 33606 is included for no additional cost; any distance after that will be charged at $1.50 per mile.
Elevated disposable cups are included in all of our packages. Upgrading to Tossware or alternative personalized cups is also an option. If you have a vendor that provides glassware we will be more than happy to use that, but we are not responsible for cleaning or packaging up the glasses at the end of event.
